There is a disease out there that has got a collective characteristics of the patient getting to have memory loss and even at times they loss other thinking skills that slowly reduce their power to perform the day to day activities that they are supposed to. To the patient that has been diagnosed with these condition they are mostly gotten to be sad at the first stages and even this makes their family members and friends to be sad. Since you have a patient that is undergoing this particular condition, then there are things that you should be doing around them as you interact with them from time to time. At all times you should be able to keep calm when you get to interact with them. These patients are sometimes prone to anger when they are forced to do something that they did not want to do. There are small issues that when they are forced upon to do and they do not want will make them angry like being forced to take a shower.
At times they might result in hitting or smacking a person just because they are angry. The way you approach them in this condition determines how they will result in the end. It is highly recommended that you be realistic around these people and get to accept that they are sick and as time goes by they will not heal but get to be worse than before. It is good to admit that your loved one is changing slowly as time goes by and thus, it will be important if you accept the condition and end up taking care of them since they will need it.
One thing that is not encouraged to be done around these people is that you keep on correcting every information that they keep remembering and saying them to you. The information that the patients will end up recognizing sometimes are not that accurate and thus, it is recommended that you do not try to correct them at all. Another thing that you should not do is getting frustrated. There are times that these patients will do something that makes you angry at them, it is not advisable to become frustrated at them.
